Two documents govern different features

Modo's retrieved terms and promotional rules identify ARB Gaming LLC doing business as Modo.us. They distinguish noncash entertainment coins from promotional contests. Read both documents rather than using a one-line description of the platform.

Age requirements are not interchangeable

The service terms describe an over-18 requirement, while the retrieved Sweepstakes Rules require entrants to be at least 21. Do not turn the service-age wording into a claim that an 18-year-old can enter its sweepstakes. Location exclusions also differ by feature.

A one-time play claim needs qualification

The rules describe a normal played-through condition for promotional coins but allow additional play requirements up to a stated maximum. That means an unconditional claim that every balance only needs one play would be misleading. Read the current requirements attached to the actual feature.

Recovery through the documented channel

The retrieved terms direct account-recovery questions to support@modo.us and warn against resolving lost access with duplicate accounts.
